The Cottages at Sanctuary Ridge is a combination of Curt Hofer & Associates’ more than 30 years of experience collaborating with clients, architects, designers and others to create distinctive homes that are timelessly elegant, comfortable, sophisticated, charming and above all, livable for a lifetime.
Choice of a French country theme opens the door to inspiration and creativity with a style that relies heavily on personal themes, lifestyles and materials. Here, you’re able to explore French country design from a modern to traditional perspective, while still meeting codicil requirements.
Once completed, The Cottages will be a delightfully charming setting in which to live with its curving central street, tree-lined landscaping, privacy-preserving berm, and close proximity to walking trails, greenery, and the Elkhorn River.
The Cottages at Sanctuary Ridge features unique lots, each designed for single-story, story-and-a-half, and two-story homes that walk directly out onto private patios, allowing seamless movement between interior and exterior living spaces.
Lots also offer the ability to build luxurious custom homes of 2,200 square feet and greater. Comfortably accommodating everyday and entertaining spaces, all reflecting an architecture that showcases French country style – with romantic arches, high ceilings, exposed beams, generous natural light, along with sophisticated appointments, vintage-inspired touches, refined décor, and rustic touches.
